Effective date: June 8, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of the PRIVATGRAMM secure corporate messaging system.

By using PRIVATGRAMM, users agree to comply with these Terms and the internal policies of the organization that provides access to the system.
1. Purpose of the System
PRIVATGRAMM is intended for secure corporate and institutional communication. The system is designed for authorized users of organizations, enterprises, government bodies, banks, and other institutions requiring protected internal messaging.
2. Authorized Use
Users may use the system only for authorized communication within their organization or approved network. Users must not share login credentials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, use the system for unlawful activity, bypass security controls, upload malicious files, use another user’s account, or disclose confidential information outside authorized channels.
3. User Accounts
Access to PRIVATGRAMM may be granted by an organization administrator. The organization may create, modify, restrict, suspend, or delete user accounts in accordance with internal rules and security requirements.
4. Administrator Rights
System administrators may manage users, devices, sessions, groups, channels, and access rights within their authorized scope. Super administrators may manage organization networks, server access, administrator permissions, and system-level configuration.
5. Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, protecting their devices, reporting suspicious activity, using the system only for authorized purposes, and following organizational information security rules.
6. Message and File Exchange
Users may exchange messages, files, images, voice messages, and video messages according to the permissions granted by their organization. The system is designed to transmit and store message content in encrypted form.
7. Restrictions
The system must not be used for unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, distribution of malware, illegal content, impersonation, unauthorized monitoring, attacks against systems or networks, or violation of applicable laws or organizational policies.
8. Availability
PRIVATGRAMM may be deployed in different server environments. Availability may depend on network infrastructure, server configuration, organization policies, and technical maintenance.
9. Intellectual Property
PRIVATGRAM is a registered trademark. All rights to the name, brand identity, software architecture, documentation, and related materials are reserved by the rights holder unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
PRIVATGRAMM is provided for secure corporate communication. Specific obligations, service levels, support terms, and liability conditions may be defined in a separate contract with the organization using the system.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
